Ownership and Risk: Damage or loss remain with the artist until the full balance is paid in full. Once the full payment has been received and the artwork/s are either collected from the artist or delivered to the buyer (delivery is an additional payment to the buyer), the buyer is responsible for insuring the artwork.

** The copyright and intellectual property rights for the artwork remain exclusively with the artist. Buyers may display the piece privately but cannot reproduce, copy, or resell the artwork for profit without written permission. **

Processing time: The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. I will discuss this with you directly.

Packaging/Shipping: All artworks will come with a Certificate of Authenticity or signed. Unframed Works on paper are sent in a card envelope. Framed artworks and Sculptures are packed with tissue, bubble wrap, presentation box and heavy duty shipping box. All artwork will be shipped with Track & Sign. If you have purchased a glass artwork and live within an hour of my location, I am happy to organise delivery in person.

Payment

Within the UK

If you are within the U.K. and have a UK bank account, I will issue a PDF invoice that must be paid in full upon receipt. Once payment has been received I will ship the work to you.

Outside the UK

If you are within the U.K. but don’t have a U.K. bank account or live outside of the U.K. I take payment via PayPal. I will issue a PDF that must be paid in full upon receipt. I will also convert the amount from GBP to your currency and add the exchange rate charge to the full price. Once payment has been received I will ship the work to you.

Customs and import taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Insurance: Once you have purchased an artwork, especially glass artwork, I would advise contacting your insurance company directly to inform them of the purchase and adding the artwork to your coverage.

Returns/Cancellations: I do not accept any returns or cancellations, but please do contact me if you are unhappy with the artwork.

Arrives damaged: I always make sure the artwork is securely packaged and sent with reliable couriers, but should the artwork arrive damaged or broken, please contact me and your insurance company directly.
